Dynamics 365 For Operation on-premise installation, error on validate the VM setup

Hi All ,

I'm installing dynamics 365 For Operation on-premise i am at step 9 in the end of this step you should test the validate of the Vm setup when i run the command 

.\Test-D365FOConfiguration.ps1 there is an error that some of the users is not earned access permeation 

i have tried to add him to the certificate which the error is on it but still have the samee error
