Why Relate to other non conformance not working?

Hi all,

when i click function Relate to other non conformance it not reaction, i start doing this

1. click row 00068 and then choose function  Relate to other non conformance

2. when show dialog box i choose non conformance number 00062 and then click ok

but not have reaction , What should  i do
