We're having a difficult time managing our Azure spend because of LCS. Anyone with access to LCS can create a project, leave the D365FO environment running 24/7, and run up a significant Azure bill. I don't see a way in LCS to export a list of Projects, Owners, Azure Subscriptions, Azure Resource Groups, and Azure resources created (VM name, etc.). Does anything like that exist anywhere in the https://lcs.dynamics.com site or is it somewhere else? We'd really like LCS to automatically tag resources in Azure with at least the LCS Project Name and project creator. That would help a lot.
I've been here: docs.microsoft.com/.../lcs but it seems like almost everything in there is available after you click into a project. I'm looking for management at the Project List level of LCS. As an admin, I can add myself as an owner and dig into each project, but we have over 100 projects and the list changes frequently. Heck, I can't even copy and paste the list of projects from the website to compare changes from one time to the next.
How are other people managing this? Am I missing something in the interface?
