Custom data entity not returning any results in ODATA endpoint

I needed to create a duplicate of the UnitOfMeasureConversionEntity because the one OOB is set to not be public. The new entity is intended to be only readonly and accessible through ODATA endpoints.

For some reason, whenever I navigate to the ODATA endpoint via browser, it returns no data.

I have:

• Duplicated the existing UnitOfMeasureConversionEntity exactly as it is
• Removed NonProductSpecificConversionOnly range on the UnitOfMeasureConversion data source
• Created the staging table 
• Created the maintain and view security privileges, giving data entity permissions: Grant=Delete, IntegrationMode=All for maintain; Grant=Read, IntegrationMode=All fo r view;
• Set the Is Public = Yes
• Set the Is Read Only = Yes
• Set the public collection name and public entity name
• Gave it the LogisticsBasic configuration key

There is data in the underlying UnitOfMeasureConversion table.
