When user tried to create multiple lines in General Journal, the credit or debit amount entered in the previous line disappears when clicked on new line. This issue is faced in internet explorer only. The other users are able to create journal lines without any error. All users are using same IE version.
Steps performed to resolve the issue:
We have removed the cache, browser history, updated IE, removed the user, re imported the user, cleaned the usage data and asked the user to create the journal lines in other co workers(working fine for co worker) PC.
Still user is facing the same issue. Kindly suggest, if there is any solution to resolve this issue.
