Built-in app screen shows that email is tracked (chain link icon lit green), but when I opened record, the tracked email is not there.

SOLVED: Email was tracked to Contact record and NOT Relationship.
Side note: This needs to be addressed. If you have a Relationship (Family) with 2 contacts (Husband, Wife), if you track email related to the Husband or Wife, the email doesn't show when you open the Relationship record.
