Hi,
I'm having issues getting SOP Invoices to email. System Preferences are set to Exchange type (I've also tried Mapi) and both work with RM statements on Blank paper.
Company Email settings are set correctly to send docs as attachments and use PDF format. The correct messages have been setup for use with the SOP invoice.
I have used Mass update to setup all required customers with the email settings.
Customers all have only 1 address and that's the address where the email address has been set up correctly.
The Email icon is available in the Print screen but when I choose to email the document, there is no error message, but the document is not sent. As previously mentioned, when I email the statement to the same customer, it goes out with no problems.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
