Client released timecards for weekending 7/1/18. Unfortunately, whoever entered the dates in Week Maintenance failed to enter a salary factor for that week (I suspect they copied from a spreadsheet.) This resulted in all of the salaried employees having their time (hours) posted to their projects with no associated costs.
I am thinking that if they reverse these cards before entering a Salary Factor for that week, then enter the Salary Factor, and finally releasing the cards again that the projects will then be charged correctly. Does anyone know if this is correct? If not, what would you suggest?
