Missing the option to deploy environment from LCS in a new project

Hi.

I have a couple of projects in LCS, where I am able to deploy D365. I have now created a new project, but I seem to be stuck at "Methodology - Complete Phase 1-3" On the right side of the screen I can see the word "Environments" but nothing below. I have tried completing the 3 phases, but that doesnt help. Am I missing something? Under Orginization Users I am an Admin.
