Cannot end the Work Order(Have followed transfer the worker)

I cannot end the work order. I have followed Time And Attendance Search for a specific day and search the employee for a specific Work Order and Calculate --> Approve --> Transfer.  But Still I cannot end the work order. Then i go to 

Production Control --> Manufacturing Execution --> Jobs And Activities --> Production Jobs and search for the work order and found following thing that saying there is a job still in progress. Will This affect to my problem that ending the work order. Strange problem. Please Help me to fix this issue.
