New Fields not showing on the field explorer after you use "New field"

Hi all,

Was just wondering if this was a known issue with Dynamics 365 but whenever I create a field inside a form view the field never shows on the Field Explorer on the right hand side, it will only show on the field explorer when you click on "New Field" again which is a real pain, I was wondering if there was a fix for this or is this just the way Dynamics is?
