Cannot insert multiple records in General journal entry (GeneralJournalEntry). Date: . The record already exists.

Hi all, 

When I tried to post a PO receipt or PO invoice, I had this error.  I switched the Continuous button from Yes to No and the other way around (screenshot 2).  It worked one time and it stopped.  So switching the Continuous button is not a reliable solution.  I wonder if anyone has a solution for this issue.  Thanks.
