Several of our users are unable to track or set regarding appointments using the Outlook App for Outlook. When they try, it says "Tracking Pending" and eventually changes to "Tracking Failed." Tracking emails works fine.
The issue occurs in the web Outlook client as well as the desktop Outlook client.
Tracking appointments has worked in the past, but stopped working about a week ago.
It doesn't seem to be a security role issue, because I experience it as the System Administrator.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
