We are Upgrading from V8.2 to Version 9.0 and currently have an open ticket with Microsoft support for the 18 days but no luck in upgrading.
The impact is that MOST plugins and workflow activities fail to run with this error "Field Service database version is out of Sync" making the CRM solution totally unusable.
We have tried the removal of the Field Service Anchor, and retried installation and failed.
Anyone else have a long delay while Microsoft tried updating their system ? and what was the solution?
Currently we have had to rollback our Sandbox system to allow us to continue developments, and to enable us to support our production system.
Without a solution we will cannot upgrade.
So a few questions
- Should we upgrade everything possible in version 8.2 before apply the V9.0 Upgrade
- Does anyone have experience they can share of root causes and solutions?
