How does one setup Guided Case Resolution Process in Dynamics CRM 2011? Is this possible?

I would like to be able to create stages for processing a Case. I read that there is a Guided Case Resolution Process - is this availbale with Dynamics CRM 2011? If is is how can I go about enabling this. I am logged in a System Administrator but cannot find this anywhere.

Ideally I would like to create a way that the customer representative can see where in the Process a Case is currently sitting.

Please assist. Thank you.
