How can I delete my data entity in AOT(I had already deleted it from my project)

I have a project. In this project I created a wrong data entity, so I deleted it. But when I do full build, it showed me that data entity is still in the AOT. How can I delete this wrong data entity in AOT?

Also, I have one more error, but I did nothing for here. How can I fix it?

Those two error do not allow me to do full build.
