I believe the traditional Starter Packs now dropped in D365 Business Central On-Premise Licensing...

I am led to believe the traditional Starter Packs that contained 3x Full User licenses, have now been dropped in D365 Business Central On-Premise Licensing guide and pricing spreadsheet.  Can anyone please substantiate this belief?
