Webhook calling external integration multiple times

Hi,

We have setup a Webhook within Incidents entity so that when the Status changes it calls our external integration.

This works fine, but for some reason it seems to call the external integration 3 times when we change the Status of the Incident and press Save.

We also tried to not restrict it based on one field and allowed all fields (filtering attributes) and when we save the Dynamics record it made 3 calls to the external integration.

We also tried  by restricting it to a change in the Description field, but this seemed to only call the external integration once.

Any ideas how we can limit the webhook to only call our integration once?
