Accounts not getting associated under Contact entity sub grid and vice versa .

Hello Folks,

When I'm creating a lead, i enter the account and create a new contact using Quick create-Contact. Later when i go to the newly created contact record, The account is not reflected under the Associated accounts sub grid and when i go to the particular account this contact is not visible under Other contact sub grid.

Scenario 2:When i create a contact record in Account entity using Quick create-Contact i face similar issue. In Account entity the contact record is created but when i go to the contact record account is not reflected under the Associated accounts sub grid.

How do i fix this issue?
