Projects purchase requisitions and procurement hierarchies sales prices

Hi All,

We switched from using POs with released products to purchase requisitions and procurement hierarchies. After a while we noticed all our item transactions were no longer coming through to our projects with a sales price. 

I spent time trying to find the equivalent for procurement categories of sales price models which you can set on an released product https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/about-sales-price-models

We searched the web with no answer. So I wanted to post the answer now we found it! Sorry if this is obvious but I hope it will help someone else. 

Under Project Management and Accounting > Setup > Project Management and Accounting Parameters > General there is the following switch "set the cost price as sales price by default"
