Unable to view the Data in the form when i restrict the user to single legal entity

Hello,

We are using D365FO 8.0 (PU15).

I have a scenario where i am unable to view the data in the form because of securities.

Scenario:

User assigned with role A, has access to only Legal entity LE1 and restricted access to other legal entities.

When User try to open the customer settlement form, unable to view the data within LE1. But when i remove the restriction for other legal entities user can able to view the data in settlement form in LE1. 

Any thoughts here why user unable to access the data in the form when restricted to only LE1?
