PSA V3.3 Timesheet Entries

I will ask the question first and give the background. Will the Excel style grid, for time entry, be brought back for version 3.3 of PSA? Or, is there a way to get this view back that we cannot see, or is there a way to turn this feature on?

My company is test driving going to Dynamics 365 with PSA V3.3. The resource booking looks great for the people who work on projects consistently, but about a quarter of our staff does not know when or which projects they will be working on, so they cannot be booked. If these users have to enter their time one day per one project, we will not be going to this product.

I personally worked on 18 different projects and one of our executive worked on over 30 projects last week. Trying to enter this in the new PSA, even using the copy functionality, was to say the least, difficult. It was hard to see all of the projects and what days you may have worked on them, when everything is not lined up. (Flipping to calendar view helps a bit, but seems like another unnecessary step that just adds time to filling out your timesheet.) 

We are great with many of the changes in V3.3, but this seems to be a giant step backwards, and we hope this can be rectified.
