I created an excel report using the Item Master, Item Quantity Master, and the Inventory Sales Summary Period History tables. My fields that I am including are Item Number, Item Class Code, Summary Period per Month, Year, Summary Qty, Location Code, Qty on Hand, and Qty on Order. I put in a restriction of the Year being greater than 2012 The problem I am running into is that it is bringing in multiple line items per item. For example Item Number XX701 is shown 24 times. So I am assuming that it is bringing it in for each month of the year even though no activity may have taken place. I will try and paste an example below. How would I get it to show just one line item per item?
