Disabling report designs in SSRS report

In an attempt to reduce the amount of time it takes to deploy an SSRS report from the AOT I'd like to disable almost all of the designs. Specifically on SalesInvoice I'd like to disable all the report designs other than "Report". This thing takes 8 minutes to deploy from the AOT and it makes for quite the hassle when doing formatting changes. Has anyone done this, or can point me in the right direction?
