Have a user using CRM 2011 outlook Client for 2011 on premise. When accessing any one of a number of entity types in the outlook client for which she has full read/write privileges via security role the view pane is blank except for a message "There was an error displaying the records in this view" . This only happens sporadically . Sometimes closing Outlook , reopening and performing same steps (ie clicking on an entity to view its records) will work fine.
