Windows 7 security issue - need to activation RMS POS again when logged on as new user

Hi,

I'm having issues with Windows 7 security.  I log into the POS with an admin account, licence HQ Client and RMS POS successfully.

When I log out and log on as another user, I need to go through the activation process again, even if other user is admin as well.

I cannot find the Headquarters Client and Store Operations entries under HKLM<software<microsoft. I thought I might have to give all users full permissions, but it's as if those two entries are not created upon Activation.

Is there something simple I'm missing?  Thanks.
