Updated Email Subject not in Sync from Outlook Application

Since the upgrade to V 9.1.0.2061 last weekend, our users have the following problem in the Outlook App when they track e-mails to CRM(set regarding).
Very often users change the subject of a received e-mail because the subject is not very meaningful.
After changing the subject they save the e-mail.
Then they track the e-mail to an account or contact person in CRM.
The track is done but… when you look at the e-mail activity in CRM, the original subject is shown and not the changed one.
