I have a customer who runs a lot of Investment projects. All cost will be posted to Balance before you eliminate the project. I eliminate to a Fixed assets.
We creates PO from the project and creates lines based on purchase categories (linked to project categories).
When I confirm the PO the committed cost will appear in the Control tab on the Committed cost form.
My question is:
Is there any possibility to include the commited cost into the Percentage complete in the project Estimate?
When I run a estimate on a period where we have an amount on Committed cost the Percentage complete will report 0,00% completion.
