Project invoice Proposal - Integration with AR Trade Agreement(s)

I have a trade agreement setup with a customer, and an item (Price - Sales). When i create a project item journal, the sales price on the journal is not picking up the trade agreement.

Should it be? Or are the functions not integrated.
