I am having an issue with SharePoint Documents and the Service Activity. When going to the Documents section of the service activity all the SharePoint Document Functions have no Icons. Further the only buttons that work are upload (allows me to only upload 1 document at a time) , Create a New Item, and Add a Location. Has anyone had a similar experience? What I really need to be able to do is upload multiple documents at a time and can do with other entities by using Open Location. Any help would be appreciated.
