In Life Cycle Services "Apply Updates" doesn't show my the Software Deployable Packages from Asset Library

I have 2 development & 1 Test environment of Dynamics 365FO with platform update12 (8.1)
I have successfully deploy package from one development environment to another development environment using LCS.
But when we deploy that package from dev to test environment that time in LCS ->Maintain->Apply Updates-> we can't find my software Deployable Packages.
