Async Workflow needs Internet Access via Proxy Server (8.2.3 onPrem)

Hi folks,

we upgraded our 8.1.1. onPrem CRM (based on 2012R2 boxes & ADFS 2.0/2008R2) to 8.2.3 onPrem (based on Server2016 & ADFS 4.0/2016)
Since then, we can´t bring up a workflow connecting to BingMaps API via a corporate Internet Proxy Server.
On the old machines we configured Proxy Server within Registry for the Async AD Service account and everything was fine.

Did that also on the new Servers but this still ends up at our firewall without recognizing Proxy Settings and getting blocked.
Logging in with the Service account shows up proxy configuration and also access to any website works like a charme.

Does anyone know if something around Services & Domain Service User-Accounts has changed at Server2016?
Or if CRM 8.2.3 works different than 8.1.1.?

Workaround could be opening the corporate Firewall for the machine, but this does not meet our claim.

Any help would be kindly appreciated.
