How to create AOT query instance through report contract class and use in separate class by initializing the contract ?

I want to get the scope of AOT query used in RDP class outside the RDP class through the contract. Is there any standard example available or please suggest me how to get the query instance used for reporting. Can it be done using parm methods like we do for other report parameters ?
