Consolidated Time Tracking for Customer Service and PSA

Hi,

I'm currently looking into find out whether Dynamics 365 can completely replace our existing system for tracking time spent by consultants in the company. The company is a professional service provider, and has both projects as well as customer supports.

PSA has a timesheet entry so that it can track the time spent on projects only, but I was looking for a timesheet entry in D365 so that it will consolidate the time entries made on both projects and customer supports into 1 screen, so that I can easily find out the total number of billable hours spent for each week.

Are there anything that can meet such requirement?
