Task recorder error message -- Failed to get the download url for a Task guide stored at BPM line with id

Hello,

Would like to know if someone is familiar with an error message we are getting on Dynamics. We received error while trying to open task recorder from LCS either open or edit them.

Error message:
Failed to get the download url for a Task guide stored at BPM line with id '128893637'. Value cannot be null. Parameter name: blobAbsoluteUri

We know that there is a limitation that in order to integrate the BPM libraries into Dynamics, the users of Dynamics have to be part of the customer tenant and they also have to be setup as users in the LCS project, but that is the issue users are part of the customer tenant and tested with Sysadmin role as well. 

This is a Sandbox Env App 10 , PU24
