How do we install Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Data Import Export Framework Service in D365 Finance and Operations?

Hi All,

I am unable to use Data management import and export and get the message as per the screenshot attached. It is known that we need to restart 'Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Data Import Export Framework Service in D365 Finance and Operations', but this option is missing. Please guide to install this.
