I have a CRM user who is on IE10 that is experiencing formatting issues with the menu bar in the case form. The tabs at the top of the menu bar (Case, Add) are having text formatting issues. They also disappear altogether from the top of the form when:
1. User adds an email activity
2. User maximizes his screen
This issue seems to be isolated to a single user. I have IE10 on my machine and cannot replicate the issue.
