I am an end user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I typically work off of the activities page when dealing with my day to day tasks (phone calls, emails, etc..). When one of our account execs creates a series of phone calls for me through a quick campaign via mailing list, the activities appear on "My Activities" but they NEVER have the Parent Company field filled in so I know what company they are from until I open up each individual activity.
Is this something which can be fixed?
