Hello - I'm working on an issue where an end user reported receiving 2 approval request emails within the same 1 minute time frame where he should have only received 1. Based on the sample emails that were provided to me I searched activities in CRM with a substring of the subject line. I found the associated email activity in CRM and opened it up. Is there a way to identify the workflow/process that sent the email? It seems like CRM should support this functionality for scenarios like the 1 I'm currently trying to debug?
