Importing default solution - The entity with a name = 'RecordCountSnapshot' was not found in the MetadataCache

I upgraded an organisation from cRM4.0 to CRM 2011. I then took an export of the default solution in order to use on another organisation without affecting anything in the organisation i just upgraded, However, when I try to import the default solution into a blank crm2011 organisation it fails on the contact entity with the reason:

Importing default solution - The entity with a name = 'RecordCountSnapshot' was not found in the MetadataCache

I had an initial issue with the Account entity where the display names where different so I corrected this in the destination organisation and that sorted that out, but the contact entity display names etc are fine. Does anybody know why I am getting that error or have a resolution?
