I realise this somewhat outside of the Navision-universe, but I need help identifying some sort of "sniffer-software" which can monitor a mailbox and "do stuff". The stuff that needs doing is making an attached excel file ready for an automatic import to NAV 5.01.
My nav-developer assures me he can make the import-feature easily but i need to find this software which can open (?) files, initialize the data-import and the save the file at a specified location, preferably named with the ordernumber. Ideally it also returns an email with a "quote-confirmation, but I guess a rule on the mailbox can cover that.
I've found one, but it seemed like overkill, since it claimed (more or less) to also be able to order me coffee when needed :-)
If you have any suggestions I would really appriciate it!
