Hi all,
The 'Letters' entity on my CRM online 2014 solution, is 'turned off' in effect. I assume that as I cannot see any option to access any options within an account, to actually send a letter, select a template to send and so on.
When I look at the entity itself I cannot see any issue.
Is there a particular setting / function that needs enabled to then have regular access to these functions?
