Is it possible to configure Subject Encoding for outgoing e-mail messages in CRM 2013? I have several e-mail templates and most e-mails are encoded iso-8859-2,but there is one e-mail template where messages are encoded utf-8. I would like to have all messages encoded utf-8, because e-mail system of our client cutting Subjects encoded iso-8859-2.
We are using Server-side synchronization.
I have found KB Article where is describe this setting for CRM 3.0, but it is not working for CRM 2013.
