I've done a search with no success.
We have a GP 2010 user who has a new Windows 7 PC with Office 2013.
Outlook 2013 and GP2010 seem to be in conflict. At first I thought it may be her old Adobe Acrobat 9 but I think it may be more of another issue. Examples:
When Outlook 2013 is open and the user is trying to send an invoice to a mail recipient in PDF format from GP2010, it will just “sit there.” Nothing happens.
When Outlook 2013 is CLOSED and they try this in GP2010, it will work. However, if they try to open Outlook 2013 while GP is still open, we get an error that says the PST file is un use.
Any hotfixes or suggestions? I would hate to put her back on Office 2003 and we are making an effort to migrate off of it. Thanks...
