Hi We are working on CRM 2011 Roll up 11. We followed below steps:
1. Open Deployment Manager.
2. Select the existing Organization, click on Disable and then Delete the organization.
3. Close the deployment Manager.
4. Open the Deployment Manager.
5. Import the same organization database again which was deleted but we are getting error while running checks as SQLServerValidatorFailure: OSVersion
I have gone through verious blogs but it says to check 64 bit m/c with SQL Server 2008, which we are already in. As we just deleted the running organization and trying to import the same organization so this should not be an issue.
Please also note that the other MSCRM 2011 organizations are running on the same application and DB Server.
Kindly help me on this issue ASAP as users are not able to connect the organization because we are not able to import the same.
