A custom role has been created and assigned duties to allow vendor records to be maintained. One of the menu choices at the top of the vendor form, "On Hold", is missing from the Maintain menu bar. If we log in as a system administrator, the "On Hold" menu item is visible and pops a hold maintenance dialog when clicked.
The Maintain vendor hold status duty has been assigned to the custom role.
What do I need to check next to allow users with the custom role to put vendors on hold?
