Word Template page header does not pick up values

As I understood that word template does not generate page header so; we have to do it in Word. I designed a page header in Word as a table then included variable fields (e.g. Comapany name) from both Page Header and Report Header sections just for try. When the report is printed none of the variable fields are printed in the page header. Is there any clue for that.
