Our CSP have just made the installation of our CRM Online, and we have just installed the CRM for Outlook Connector for several users of CRM.
We have just established the relationship between the CRM user and the Outlook user profile.
The problem we have is the following:
We have created the CRM user, and we have setup that user for work with its outlook client. we have just installed the CRM connector for Outlook for that user and setup its outlook profile, in a server that is outside our server farm.
Through that server, the user can make tasks, appointments and contacts in the CRM part or side of its Outlook client, and those tasks, appointments and contacts are showed in its "outlook" side of its Outlook client (it is that to say, as if those tasks, appointments and contacts were crerated as a normal task, appointment and a contact and no connection with CRM exists).
But when we try to do the same with that outlook profile replicated in one of the servers which is included in the server farm, through the CRM side of the outlook client those tasks, appointments and contacts, created do not appear in the "outlook" side of the client.
Does anyone know to that may be due?
