We did an upgrade this weekend from GP 10 to GP2010 and now our AP person, during her normal processing steps, is not getting a remittance report on EFT's. We are not trying to print checks but need the remittances as part of the processing and while this worked for years with no errors in GP 10, the new version is not even generating the file needed.
Any help offered would be appreciated. I think this is a setting in the system that is probably not set right, but our vendor for GP is recommending a full reinstall of the GP 2010 software.
