On Wednesday evening we upgraded to FP2 and applied four hotfixes, per the advice of our reseller. The purpose was to fix an issue with split-tender reporting (which was not resolved).
Now, when we run some (but not all) memorized reports, there is no data returned. I backed up and restored the reports directory, re-mapped the reports directory and tried copying the reports directory to the local machine. Same results.
Any ideas as to why this is happening and what I can do to resolve it? Our workstations are a mix of 32-bit and 64-bit Win 7 Pro SP1. We are on an Active Directory network and the Store Operations folder is shared Everyone/Full Control and Domain Users/Full control. We do not have an issue with receipts or labels, which are shared out of the same folder.
